Edmonton Condo Market: Weekly Update
Condo buyers in the surrounding areas of Edmonton are willing to dig a little deeper in their pockets to get the Condominium they want; at least this past week.
Average sales price of condos in surrounding bedroom communities (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain)Â was $245,400 whereas Edmonton proper saw average sales price of $229,800.

Edmonton Condo Prices Fall in October
The average selling price of residential real estate in Edmonton fell by about 2% this month, but condos were much to blame for the overall drop.
Condo prices fell almost 6% this month, following a strong September. We’ll have more details later this week
